Working Principle
The machine adopts the principle of eddy current regeneration, which mainly uses the rubbing between the old sand particles to achieve the purpose of film removal. At the same time, the old sand automatically forms a cushion for the machine basin in the regeneration basin, so as to protect the regeneration basin from wear. A solid sand flow impact plate is installed outside to complete the secondary regeneration of the sand. A throttle plate is installed outside the regeneration basin to effectively ensure the regeneration of the sand. The sand will not be broken in the regeneration process, and the roundness of the sand is better and more regular. After regeneration, the used sand can effectively reduce the amount of liquid material added. The lower part is equipped with a secondary air separation mechanism, which can discharge the inert film and dust in the reclaimed sand.
