This series of equipment is widely used in large and medium-sized resin sand production lines with the functions of removing metal particles and micro powder film chips while cooling and removing the film.
This series of equipment is a continuous cooler.After the loose used sand enters the fluidized bed, it will be boiling under the strong blast of high-pressure fan, and it will start to boil around the dense row cooling pipe from the sand inlet. Under the strong suction and cooling water, the used sand can be charged to cool and remove the film.
