The S83 series double-disc mixing and cooling machine is suitable for cooling clay and old sand. Two counter-rotating crossheads drive eight scrapers to fully mix the sand, making the temperature, humidity, and composition of the old sand uniform, and pre-mixing is completed during cooling. The machine has a compact structure, stable movement, low energy consumption, and good cooling effect. A high-pressure blower keeps the old sand in a boiling state to achieve the cooling effect. The discharge door opening is adjustable, which can control the amount of material in the machine basin.
