Purpose and characteristics
The device is mainly used for heating new sand during the production of coated sand by thermal method, and the main fuel is coal, coke or gas, tuel oil. During operation, the drying drum is heated in the furnace body,and the new sand enters the drum through the chute. Under the action of the drum, it is continuously pushed and stirred, and heated evenly. When the temperature reaches the process temperature, the drum reverses, and the material is quickly discharged under the action of the guide plate.
