As a high-pertormance used sand recycling equipment, the rubbing and regenerating machine has the characteristics of high film removal rate (adjustable) and good sand roundness, as well as the function of coarse grade air separation and cooling of used sand.
Main technical features
It adopts the regeneration principle mainly based on triction, with high film removal rate and low crushing rate,and can effectively improve the shape and distribution of sand particles.
The sand is boiled by air blowing, and the sand rubs each other between two groups of high-speed rotating friction wheels to achieve the purpose of film removal and dust removal.
Friction wheel is made of high hardness material, with long service life and convenient replacement.
The bearing is purged with compressed air, which has long service life and good sealing etfect.
Adjusting the production rate can get different effect of membrane removal, so the membrane removal rate can be determined according to different process requirements to reduce the operation cost.
