Characteristic
The vibro boiling cooling bed is composed of a porous fish scale bed body, an air blowing system, an exhaust system and a humiditying agitator.
The hot used sand falls into the orifice plate of the vibration boiling cooling bed and sprays water through the humidifier while moving along the vibration direction. The air blast system blows cold air from the bottom of the fish scale plate to make the hot sand boil. The air and the hot sand are in full contact and take away the water and air from the hot sand. The hot sand is discharged by the exhaust system to achieve the purpose of cooling.
