Purpose

It can be adjusted and selected according to the characteristics of different material fat sand processes. The machine mainly consists of a sand mixer, a walking mechanism, a sand hopper, an electrical contral system.an air control system, a dust removal system, etc.
Characteristic
A variety of liquid material adding functions are preset to meet the needs of different proportions of surface sand, back sand, new sand and recycled sand.
It adopts split type sand mixing tank with stainless steel inner lining for easy cleaning and maintenance; sand mixing blade is inlaid with hard alloy cutter head for long service life.
The machine head is equipped with head and tail sand contral device and odor and dust removal device.
Hydraulic or electric push rod is used for lifting, and the lifting range can be set according to the user's requirements.
The large arm of the sand mixer adopts the motorized rotation mode. and the small arm is automatic / manual.
The upper tour-bar linkage is adopted to ensure that the boom lifting is always in the horizontal position, and the structure is compact and beautiful.
The start and stop of the mobile car are controlled by frequency conversion, which can realize fast and slow action; the safety system is equipped with balance weight, track cleaning and audible and visual alarm devices.
