Purpose:
This machine is mainly used for cooling clay and old sand. Sufficient movement makes the humidity, temperature, and composition of the old sand uniform, and pre-mixing is completed during cooling.
Features:
The machine has a compact structure, stable operation, low noise, and low energy consumption;
The reverse rotating crosshead drives ten scrapers to push the material for uniform mixing;
High-pressure air blowing makes the old sand in a boiling state, achieving the best effect; the discharge door opening is adjustable, and the material can be emptied from the machine box: it can be used with the old sand humidification and cooling system, blower, exhaust fan, and water addition system to form an old sand cooling unit, which can control the old sand temperature to room temperature + 10℃;
According to the user's process needs, the feeding method of this machine can be made into two types: vertical and linear.
