● The sand is mixed evenly, effectively ensuring the quality of molding.
● Short sand mixing time, no head or tail sand, clean discharge after shutdown.
● Fully open sand mixing cage arm, convenient for blade cleaning or adjustment, easy operation and maintenance.
● The single-arm rotary structure is simple and requires less equipment investment.
● A new and old sand ratio regulator can be configured at the inlet of the sand mixer according to production needs to accurately control the output and proportion of new and old sand, and the proportion can be selected and changed during the sand mixing process according to the pre-set proportion.
● The electrical system adopts PLC control, with sufficient constraint and protection, simulation screen display, stable and reliable operation, and realizes automated production.
